New PC setup and configuration

A new PC needs to be correctly installed and tested. More importantly the security software has to be configured to automatically update, therefore protecting your personal and private data.

Upgrades

If your PC is only less than 3 years old and you unable to perform a task due to a hardware limitation then upgrading is the best option. Cost effective upgrades include adding RAM memory, more storage space or a more powerful graphics card.

Cloning Data to Larger Hard Disk

You like the way that your computer works. The only problem is that you are running out of space. We can easily copy all your system and personal files to a new hard disk. And then install this disk into your current PC.

Internet Security Check

Hackers look for a weak point on your computer. We can check the status of your modem/router, software firewall, firewall rules, Windows operating system and wireless settings. If there are any weak points we can fix them immediately.

Complete PC Servicing

This service includes a range of virus/spyware scans and removing dust from inside the PC case. We can also provide you with a backup of the cleaned PC.

Virus Removals

If your computers behaviour suddenly changed it is quite likely you have a virus or spyware infection. Signs include a drop in speed, very slow internet, pop-ups and strange emails. We will remove any viruses and install software to help protect you in the future.

Windows Installs

If all else fails the only option is a reinstall. We will install and update Windows. Also security software will be configured to protect you. Finally commonly used software will be loaded onto the PC. A backup of your freshly installed system will be saved just in case of a future emergency.
