Remote Repair and Servicing
If your computer is giving you trouble it is usually software or program settings to blame, not the hardware. This can be fixed without an engineers visit or your machine leaving your home. We can arrange with you to set up a program which lets us operate and make changes to your computer from our workshop, so saving considerable travelling time and expense.

Exclusions
- With remote access we can only fix software problems.
- Hardware temperatures will be recorded and if internal cleaning is required it is better that we collect and return your computer.
- To identify hardware problems we need physical access to the PC.
- If your computer cannot boot into windows the most economical way to repair the computer is at our premises.
What You Need
- A computer that boots onto the desktop and has access to the internet. Broadband Internet access is required as it provides an quick working environment.
- An e-mail address to send your contact details.
- A credit or debit card to pay for this service.
- Follow the video tutorial. Run the remote access software at the pre-arranged time. Please be available on the phone while we repair your computer.
Payment and Rates
An email requesting a deposit will be sent to you. Details on how to pay will be included in the message. A standard charge of £20 will be made for the first hour and £10 per hour for subsequent hours. We will phone you to confirm a time and date. A deposit of £20 is required. Refunds will be made promptly.
