Only following the right procedure ensures viruses are permenantly removed. This often requires many long scans. The virus and spyware removal process may take four hours or more. We also monitor the PC temperature. High temperatures can lead to hardware failure and data loss. If this is the case internal cleaning is needed. A PC may run up to 15°C cooler after the case and fans have been dusted.
